WHO WE ARE

            First Baptist Church was founded in 1898.  It's present location, on the corner of 3rd and Division, was built in 1922 with many additions and remodels throughout the years. 

            We are affliated with the American Baptist Churches of the Northwest.  We currently run 90-100 in Sunday morning attendance.

            We currently offer two Sunday morning worship expereinces: a traditional and a contemporary/charismatic service.  We believe different worship venues allow us to meet the various needs for all who presently and in the future call First Baptist their home.

            We also offer various ministries, Bible Studies, and outreach opportunities to invite people to a relationship with Jesus Christ, and to follow Him in their journey of discipleship.

            We are presently searching for a children's and young families director to develop a ministry emphasis for our younger generation.
